Originally from Tampa, Olympia Baylou is a Finance graduate from the University of South Florida. She has traveled extensively throughout the United States and foreign countries. Olympia’s travels led her to Sarasota, where she currently resides. After fifteen years of assisting clients as a Financial Services Representative, Olympia transitioned to a new career in education. Her days are now filled with teaching Physical and Life Sciences to middle school students. Olympia’s desire to educate youth doesn’t stop at her middle school! She created Blooming Impressions, a personal development program for youth, as a church ministry in 1997. The demand for the program lead Olympia to register the former church ministry as a State of Florida business in 2016, and as a minority owned and woman owned business in2017. Olympia’s unique and transformative business offers the Become A Better You
program, which is designed to promote confidence in its participants as young as 13 years of age and help them with their transition to college, to the workplace, and in the community.
Shávon Reed is an innovative and multi-talented professional in the field of Mass Communications and is recognized as a charismatic speaker, invigorating author, and certified life coach with an unstoppable impact on lives of all backgrounds. Nan Morgan is the Director of Education for Planned Parenthood of Southwest and Central Florida, which is headquartered in Sarasota. Her job is to provide the community with medically accurate information in a non-judgmental, inclusive and sensitive way. She offers classes for parents and kids and workshops for teens. Parents can even call her to talk one-on-one, and get tips for talking to kids, and recommendations on books to help get the conversations started."

Paola Ferst, MS is an Outreach Educator and Community Liaison at Planned Parenthood of Southwest and Central Florida, which is headquartered in Sarasota. Her job is to provide the community with medically accurate, age-appropriate and inclusive sex education with compassion and non-judgement. Ms. Ferst offers classes and workshops to youth, adults, parents and social service providers. Planned Parenthood believes that when people have more information, they are more likely to make better decisions about their bodies and relationships. We are honored to provide education and support the youth participating in Blooming Impressions Program!

Anna is a certified ACSM Personal Trainer with a background of Bachelors in Exercise Science & Associates in Health & Fitness. Anna is the owner of LiveFit Training LLC, where she coaches others in forming a complete lifestyle of health into their lives & to bring the fun back to fitness. She is the head coach for an outdoor group functional fitness known as Elite Training. She is also a personal trainer & group fitness instructor for the Manatee County.Anna has been a cover model for the local Fit941 Magazine & recently named 2017 Ms. Health & Fitness for the HERS Muscle & Fitness Magazine.​​

Key Fitch is the CEO/owner of Key 2 Life Training AKA The Pink Powerhouse, Manatee County’s premiere ALL FEMALE fully equipped training & cycling facility. Her studio has been named The Best in Bradenton in Education for the last 4 years, was 2018 Manasota Black Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business of the Year, and is recognized by Manatee Chamber of Commerce’s Better Business Council. Key specializes in weight loss, personal & group training, & athletic/sports conditioning. She is a chemical engineer by training, but has truly found her calling by helping transform the lives of women through diet, fitness & education for 19 years. She has certifications as a personal trainer, sports nutritionist, running coach, seniors fitness instructor, spin instructor & group fitness instructor. She is a 3x TEAM USA duathlete & won the bronze medal in the 2015 national USAT duathlon championship. She is also mom to three amazing sons, ages 24, 17, & 15.

Currently Entrepreneur of Corsha Consulting (formerly Chameleon Consulting )Mission is to help consumers live their best radiant life with skin care and cosmetics, personal care, health advisement, weight and debt management. As lead consultant, I continue to teach, counsel, and coach adults to grow and thrive. I create custom cosmetics and advise men and women on success principles with beauty and image.
Tesha Hydes is a wife and mother of three (two girls Jordan and Jada and one son Nicholas-Kavon). She is the first born grandchild of her family and the oldest of 6 siblings. Currently she is an Independent Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics and has also been in the Finance and Banking Industry for 21 years! I She has always been fascinated with beauty and skin care. Growing up watching her aunt and grandmother do their daily beauty and skin care regimen sparked intrigue and interest. Tesha has incorporated this routine into my her personal beauty and skin care. It has allowed her to make a business of it that help other young women and men do the same for themselves. Sandra is very passionate when it comes to her family and her profession. She has established a strong and loving home life with her family in Sarasota County. She has also mastered and utilized the tools of her trade to become a highly sought after hair stylist for over 20 years. Sandra previously worked at Siesta Key Salon and Spa, and currently works at Hair Color Center & Beauty Salon.

Rosalind Massie is a native of Sarasota, Florida and has been a licensed hair stylist for over 20 years. Her passion for hair was ignited as a young student when neighborhood kids came to her to do their hair. Through continued education, dedication, and hard work she opened Ethnic Hair Salon in Sarasota, Florida, in 1996. Rosalind is sought after for her mastery in cutting, creativity in coloring, and for making scalp and hair health a priority. Rosalind is skilled in working on diverse hair textures and takes pleasure in helping all who visit her salon look and feel more beautiful and confident. She is committed to her clients and enjoys serving her community. Rosalind believes in giving back and often mentors young stylists. While she is very proud that she has been able to achieve her goal of becoming a salon owner, her greatest accomplishments have been her three wonderful children, Melanie, Darius, and Jada.
Originally from Dutchess County, N.Y., Anthony Cerchiara moved to Tampa, FL in 2007 for a change in scenery and pace. He is a husband and a father of 2. Anthony has been in the retail industry for over 15 years and currently managers The Men’s Wearhouse in Sarasota, FL.
The Men’s Wearhouse has been helping men like the way they look for over 40 years. They provide world class customer service and are one of the leading retailers in Men’s clothing. They are not just a suit store and carry a wide array of clothing, accessories as well as Tuxedo rentals. Anthony has been building relationships with the community and businesses with The Men’s Wearhouse for 12 years and he has a passion for fashion. He truly enjoys helping men and women who want to improve their wardrobe or have an important event in their lives. He believes that the way you dress tells the rest of the world how you expect to be treated.

Ollie K. Adams developed at a very early age, an enjoyment for educating others. She has achieved a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and has been an educator with the School Board of Manatee County for the past 15 years. Ollie also has an affection for creating beautiful sounds, through voice training techniques, and with musical instruments. She has for more than 30 years, and still continues to demonstrate an exceptional skill level as a Minister of Music, throughout the West Florida region.

An accomplished teaching artist in piano and voice for over 20 years. Denise is a highly skilled in accompanying and working with vocalists, preparing performances for professional and college auditions. Creating unique cabaret style musical performances, cultivate songwriting/pop style/methods, recording studio techniques. She studied at Oberlin Conservatory of Music with a Bachelor of Music & Master of Music in Teaching. Certifications is International Voice Teachers of Mix, Vocology, SLS Technique, National Music Teachers Association and Florida State Music Teachers Association.

Sandy Nelson
Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and moved to Florida with her husband in 2013. They chose the Sarasota area to be our forever home area. and in 2015 they decided to purchase Molly Maid of Sarasota, Manatee & Charlotte Counties. Sandy has been in the business of cleaning homes for over 30 years and find she is still learning new helpful cleaning tips! She also enjoys raising money to help those in need through the Ms. Molly Foundation.
Celeste Garcia
Born in Alexandria, Minnesota Celeste was born into a 5th generation circus family, and raised while on the road with the family's circus until the birth of her child. She later decided to live locally, and raise her child as a single mother. Celeste has worked, happily, for Molly Maid for two years.
Rebecca Diaz
Born in the beautiful island of St. Croix located in the Caribbean Sea. Rebecca moved to Florida five years ago looking for job opportunities, and Molly Maid was her first job. Rebecca decided to try another job opportunity, and left for a short period of time , but returned to become Molly Maid's Quality Manager. She enjoys training others and helping them become successful in their job positions with Molly Maid.
